I am planning to build and manage an unique bamboo guesthouse in sumatra island, indonesia. It will be focuse on surfer, backpackers and local tourist. The potential opportunity of this guesthouse is huge, cause every year according to the authority of padang airport, there are approximately around 4000 until 5000 surfer visit mentawai islands for the surf trip, all of them at least must spent 1 night in padang city before they leave to mentawai islands due to the lack of public transportation that serve people for crossing the strait between main land sumatra and mentawai island. This condition makes padang city need more available rooms for them, not mentioning the backpackers and local tourist that also visit west sumatra for many reason.

Hi There,How are you doing? i'm a partner in no limit hostels,We've been in the business for the last 6 years and we currently have 3 hostels in Barcelona-Spain,1 in London-Uk,1 in San Juan,Puerto Rico and another one in Havana-Cuba. What type of investment are you looking to do? Bear in mind our businesses are all leaseholds beside Cuba.

Hi Jowita,

I own an old country villa in Tuscany, with lot of space (fields, wood) around. It needs lot of remaking (= work = money), but it would become suitable for tourists (6 months/year: April-October), travellers (close to the highway), residents (close to towns), temporal workers (close to hospital and factories). Recreational activities are already going on as a sport center is close by and wine-tourism is being carried on by a business partner of mine.

Hi there,

I have an award winning hostel concept, very unique in the market place located in Cali Colombia. We are currently #1 on Trip Advisor and just won the Travelers Choice Award for 2016. We just went through a plethora of renovations and now have 24 dorm beds and 6 private rooms all with private bathroom. We are currently building a bar that will add many additional sales. I've been in business for 4 years, we have an updated business plan and over 40 pages of documented operating systems in place, everything from hiring new employees, to copyrighted checkin procedures. Or brand is registered with an attorney for National trademarks and even has a franchise agreement in place for further expansion.

I am looking to recoup part of the investement and effort I've put into this concept by selling 20% of the business to an active "boots on the ground" investor who will share in operating tasks, provide additional finanical backing for growth and also has valuable business knowledge to bring to the table.

You won't find a cleaner investment on this site.

Most eco lover tourist rise significant around the world. Bali is the one of favorite destination any type tourist.
