Investor wanted for small Eco-hostel in South of Sweden

I am on the hunt to buy a already started hostel in South of Sweden (skåne)
the season is all year around and main guests are from northern europe and skandinavia.

I have 5 year manegement experience is hostels from Australia and Sweden.

Wanting to start a eco-hostel with chucks roaming free in the garden, guests can pick their own freash eggs in the morning. Enviromental friendly energy sources etc etc.

I funds to buy something for around SEK 2 M but would need about another SEK 1 M to get something decent to start with.
