Listing on Hostelworld

Hello,
I would like to ask you how it works with rating and listing on HW. We have opened a hostel 6 months ago in Prague and we have 87 % rating on HW. When I want to find us between prague hostels on HW and filtered it by OVERALL RATING I can't find us between old hostels but only in second group of prague hostels (3rd page). Do you know when we will be listed between old prague hostels? Thank you.

Hi, thank you. Do they count into 10 reviews only reviews which aren't older than half a year?

Thank you again and one more question about rating on Hostelbookers.com. How do they count result? Is it normal arithmetic average? For example when I added together all our reviews result is 2522.8. It is from 27 guests. 2522.8 devided by 27 and result is 93.44 %. But our result on HB is only 93.0 %. Can you explain it? Thank you.
