Hello! I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I am looking to buy a hostel preferably in Playa del Carmen with my friend and business partner. The idea is to go living somewhere else, near the beach, and change our lifestlyes. Any seller? Thank you!

Have you thought about coming down to South Spain? There is a beautiful, sunny and beach area calling Costa del Sol in which I arrived 7 years ago and still here. I know 2 small hostels to sell in the area. One is 13 rooms and the other is 26. Both of them are refurbishing at the moment (they will be finnished refurbs in a month max) to be even nicer. If you start with a business in a new country would be very useful to know the language of the country. Both are running. I worked in one of them 4 years and it was great.

Hostels in Spain have no the same category as hostels around the world. In Spain, a Hostel is normally a cheap hotel in which you can easily find the bathroom ensuite and they are not only used by backpackers. The backpackers ones with multiple shared beds and bathrooms are called here Albergues. As I told you, Hostels are as a small and cheap hotel used by families, workers, young people, etc. They are well known and they offer normally a very good service and quality for the price. As they are normally small, they can be usually held by a family or runned with 2-3 workers.

Nowadays there is one which owner wants to be retired and it is the reason why to sell it. It is small and cosy. 13 bedrooms with bathroom ensuite, double glass in balconies, solarium. It is now under renovation to improve even more and it is sell together with a local besides in which can be opened a cafeteria connected with the hostel and also open to pedestrians. For a small yearly fee, owner has the permit of the city hall to have 3/4 parking places in front of the main door which is very important and difficult to have. It is located in the heart of a town and it is 1 km away from the beach. The price is 1.300.000€.

Hi there, I'm selling a project to build a hostel in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. I include the plot of land and approved and paid construction plans and permits, which allows you to start building right away instead of waiting for more than a year to get all the permits needed from all the authorities.
Jaco Beach, is a great place for surfing and relaxing.
