Looking to buy a hostel in Rio

My boyfriend and I are looking to buy a hostel in Rio de Janeiro. If anyone knows any for sale that would be great. Also, we are a bit confused on how to go about this. We need to get investors in order to buy it therefore we need a business plan however in order to make a business plan we need to have a hostel in mind. The other problem is we can't return to Brazil until January on our tourist visas, so we want to get business visas so we can return earlier. To get a business visa we need $50,000 available to invest. Therefore we need investors. As you may have realized this is a bit of a viscious circle. If anyone has done this before and knows the ropes and could give us advice on how to go about it it would be more than greatly appreciated. Thanks!
