My wife (Spanish) and I (English) have had enough of the UK and are interested in buying a hostel somewhere warm and by the sea. We dont really mind where it is as long as it is not in a big city - we are open to all opportunities.

if you interest you may invest in a surf hostel in mentawai islands. it is warm by the sea and located right in front of a surf spot. white sandy beach , coconut trees as far as your eyes can see together with the growing of surf travelers that visit mentawai, could be the good reason for you to think about this.
Right now I am looking for a business partner that interest to build,run and manage a sustainable surf camp in mentawai island. There are several locations in my list that suitable for developing into a simple surf camp and all of them located right in front of the surf spot.
