I am looking to buy a hostel in South or Central America within the next year. I possibly have one or two friends who want to invest with me, but willing to look for one or two more investors. The hostel must be near a beach. Thanks

What price are you looking for? A few in my town are for sale, and they seem to be pretty good value. Asking price is 500k tho. (or 1700/mo), with like 12-15 high quality rooms.

I might regret later getting high quality competition, but if you want the data I can get it to you :D
