Hi Im Sean from Canada and currently ready to make a lifestyle change with my wife and become an owner of a Hostel. Any info would be helpful and Im not overly picky where but wife thinking Costa Rica-Nicaragua-Belize? but not closing doors on other beautiful prospects.

what i think your saying is that you would sell the property with only 250K down remaining 250 paid over 5 years at 50k per yr interest free. and the rutruns woyldbe 55K per year minus local manager costs?, is that correct?
