Hi I posted a few months back but have not really been active on here . I am seeing a lot of sales but most of them are very old and I'm unsure if they are sold or not yet . I am looking for a more up and coming market like the Philippines or Cambodia but am up for suggestions or other good locations . Please pitch away

Im a an ex traveeler been developing property in USA for past 5 years but previously 60 countries I have cash for investment in the right sort of property boutique hotel or hostel with good experianced management looking to expand that can show good returns and ensure I get them.
