Looking to buy a very Small hostel in Barcelona. not property just business upto 30k to 35k.

I have seen your post and it might be that we have same idea! But I was looking to put a hostel in Barcelona with a partner though! I habve quite long expierence with hostel and tourism during the last 10 years, mostly managing medium size hostels (up to 70/80 beds). Now I have some of the amount necesary to open a hostel, it might be even the whole amount, but I am looking to partner up to get through all of this with some help.
