Looking forward to starting up in South America

Hi All,
Me and my girlfriend are looking for an opportunity to buy/rent a hostel in South America, preferably Uruguay/ Chile/ Argentina, but other options are considered too. About 40-50 people capacity.

Please let me know if you have any offers or questions.

Hi,
Not sure if you have had much response on your South America Hostel..??
I was curious what information you might of found regarding working/resident visas in some of these Countries??
I'm looking to find something in Columbia or Chile...
Any information you might have would be great if you can share.

I have argentinian resedency due to beig married to an argentinian, so my case is quite simple and probably can not be of any help to anybody.

Hi there, are you still looking?

My hostel is currently the top rated in Veracruz, Mexico with 50 beds and 3 hammocks in a beautiful Art Deco Spanish mansion.

My asking price is 150k (including 19k in water, fees and rent prepaid) so if you are interested in Mexico, I'm sure we could work something out.

I have a beautiful Hostel in el centro de Mendoza, Argentinia. I am selling my 60% share for $50,000.
