Hello all ! my name is Leah, from the states and my husband Joackim , from portugal. We have been working hard behind the scenes for years now and putitng together a business plan to do our own little lodge/cafe in central america. Since costa rica has gotten so much tourism in the past years, we went an worked in Nicaragua to check it out since it seems to be up and coming, and fell in love with it and saw opportunity. Long story short, we never feel we have exactly enough funds to do exactly what we would like and with everything that is happening now, we think its smart to wait it out instead of diving in deap . We are looking for someone who owns a business and needs managers to take over for some time ( or opportunity for business partners in the future) or who would like to rent out their place, so we can take things slow and make our way into the culture that way... We have worked in the surf, cuisine, yoga and tourism industry for many years and love what we do. The only necesity, iss my husband relaly needs to be within some distance of good waves, as he is an ex pro surfer and its his pride and joy. We are open to many locations as we really enjoy many countries of central america, panama, costa rica, nicaragua or also mexico.

@adamblack Hello! Thanks so much for reaching out. We have A couple different opportunities we have actually came across, but mostly in Nicaragua. With the current political situation, we are trying to wait it out more.
