Hello, Jan!

I'm selling a Big Hostel - a convenient and profitable business. Form UAB (JSC) with registered capital of more than 76,000 euros. It allows qualify for a residence permit for three co-owners. Area rented premises of 600 sq / m. Total: 5 bedrooms rooms can accommodate up to 80 visitors, 3 bathrooms, storage room, kitchen, common area.

Heating gas. Furniture: 40 new wooden bunk-beds with new matraces, refrigerator, cooking stove, tables and chairs in the living room, a computers for service and for guests, wooden and metal cabinets storage of personal belongings, air conditioning. There is premises leases with booking.com, with legal entities, which organizing group tours.

Payback is around 2-3 years.

Price is 25000 euro.

I’m currently helping my mother and aunt selling the house/guest house that used to be from my grandparents. Maybe something interesting for you.
