I am interested in buying a hostel that has at least 50 beds in New York City, Hong Kong, or Canada (preference for Ontario, but open to other places). If you own the real-estate I am open to just buying the hostel business and leasing the building from you.

However, I do have investors that are interested in buying the building as well if you own the real-estate and want to get our completely.
