My name is Gašper and i come from Slovenia :D . My dream always was to have a hostel, and thats why i am writting to you. Is there any hostel anywhere in the world to lease or to lease with option of buying it later? Please let me know. I really like to work and i also have some great ideas of how can i make the hostel better. :)

My hostel is currently the top rated in Veracruz, Mexico with 50 beds and 3 hammocks in a beautiful Art Deco Spanish mansion.
If you are interested in Mexico, I'm sure we could work something out. I would require $30,000 first payment to start negotiation a lease though.
