Heya,
Serious investor looking to buy or lease a hostel in preferably Central America however would look at Spain, Portugal or anywhere with a surf destination. Have travelled extensively and worked in Europe within hostels but this would be my first solo venture. Happy to look at a work in progress or build up an exisiting business.
Or any suggestions on leasing properties in central and starting from scratch would be much appreciated.
