Looking for a Hostel partner

Hi all, 

There is a small hostel listing for Valparaiso, Chile advertised on this site that looks promising for someone who wants to break into this business (i.e., a small start that could eventually grow into further hostel/property investments). I am potentially looking for a partner to split the investment costs and revenues 50-50. Chile seems like a good place to make an investment of this kind and Valparaiso is a great destination for travellers. I would want to find a partner who is equally committed to the task of working diligently to make this small investment grow and prosper. I speak Spanish and have travelled quite a bit. I know the hostel business from the other side of proverbial coin. Just running the numbers and taking into consideration the cost of living, it looks like one could make an honest living if occupancy rates were fairly steady and other sources of income were attained through the business.
