Looking for a hostel to rent next to a surfspot

Hi, we are looking for a Hostel to rent/ lease next to the Beach, preferably next to a surfspot. The idea is to open an activity based Hostel, starting with surfing and horseriding as we have high qualificattions in this area. We also bring a french cook with us, so it would be nice to have a restautant attached or so possibility to build one. There will also be a marketing expert on board, so that we hope to make a load of promotion and packages over our contacts in Europe and the States. We are pretty flexible with area, we only want to have the opportunity to practise the mentioned activities.
