Looking to lease or rent Hostel or co-living space in Berlin

We are looking to lease/rent a hostel in Berlin. 

Preferrably around the city center or CBD, ideal capacity would be 50-70 beds with dorms and pvt rooms.

Should have enough common area for co-working or a coffee shop.
