Looking for a Mediterranean Hostel/Guest House

My partner and I are looking to buy a guest house/hostel in the Mediterranean ( France, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, or Italy ). Our Budget is 350,000 euros ideally for a freehold. We would like the location to have some where between 5 to 8 bedrooms however this is very flexible as long as it stays with in the budget. We like charming cities over tourist traps that have built up high rises. We are currently located in our home cities in Canada and America.
