looking to open or buy a hostel in brazil !!!

Hi, 

I'm looking to open a new Hostel on oct-16, somewhere with high tourist traffic in Brazil prefarely São Paulo or even buy(not the property, only the business with long term lease) a medium size of hostel ~30 beds with a fare price, high ranking and high occupancy rate.

-please kindly advise me for the hostel license regulation in Brazil if needed, and any other important documents (except of company docs.) I must have for running a hostel in brazil.
