Looking to open/buy a Hostel in Colombia - Santa Marta area; Palomino, Santa Marta or Minca

Hey Friends!

My names Matt, I recently came back from two months in Colombia and fell in love with everything about the country. Now, along with a friend I'm looking to open a hostel in the Santa Marta area, either Palomino, Santa Marta or Minca. If you have any information or advice I would greatly appreciate it as this will be my first venture in the hospitality industry. I would be interested in buying an established hostel or buying a house to convert to a hostel in any of these areas. Ultimately I would like to run a restaurant/bar/yoga studio in it as well. My friend and I have raised about $50,000 CAD so far, and would potentially be interested in other investors/partners. I would like the hostel to be sustainable, ethical and would like to help out the local indigenous communites as much as possible.
