Hi,
We are looking for partner/investors for a hostel project in the old city of Valencia. A building has been bought, what's lacking now is (part of the) funds to rehabilitate it and get it up and running. It's a small property with a projected 30 beds. If not hostel it could also be turned into a small boutique hotel. If you are up for a daring and exciting project and have some money to spare then let us know.
