Looking for partnership/hostels for sale

Have a vision of a hostel with dedicated yoga space. Juice bar. I have been a carpenter, a chef, managed a juice bar and have worked leading snorkle tours on Maui. Dreamed and planned of having a hostel/café for many years. Looking towards Central or South America. Speak decent Spanish. Have traveled Guatemala and Honduras. Near the sea and surf would be ideal. Have many friends who are certified yoga instructors who have expressed interest. Any ideas welcomed.
