Looking for partners/investors or buyers for a huge villa(atm bed and breakfast)in ITALY

Hello, i own 1/5( the other 4/5 it' s of my uncles )of a huge villa in north Italy, in La Spezia, near 5 terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Toscany.

I'm looking for partners to buy the other 4/5 of the house as my uncles wants to sell it. The house got already all the permits and it s at the moment a bed and breakfast that i'm running.

The Villa it s really beautiful, with a huge garden, 4 garage, 4 floors, more than 10 rooms, a huge terrace.

It can be changed in Hostel. The house has an incredible potential.

I'm thinking also of selling the entire property plus the license if i can' t find an investor.
