I just sold my restaurant/bar in California. I have loads of experience in this industry. My friend owns a bar in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and he hipped me to a Hostel for sale In Sayulita, which is a great town.

Hi there, I'm selling a project to build a hostel in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. I include land and approved and paid construction plans and permits, which allows you to start building right away instead of waiting for more than a year to get all the permits needed from all the authorities.

An Hostel in Lisbon is interesting for you?
Besides one of the bests nightlife in Europe there are many beaches near Lisbon (30 to 45 minutes from Lisbon city center).
