Looking to Purchase Small Hostel, Open to Places

Hi there,

I am interested in purchasing a small, inexpensive hostel, and am very open to the place. Would ultimately love something in Puerto Rico or Central America, but again, am very open. This could be buying out a lease or the entire thing.

Would also be open to taking over/running a hostel you already have.
