my name is Thomas, I am 34 years young and I have been working as a chef for the past nine years plus I have recently attained a degree in hotel management.
I am looking to rent a hostel with the option to buy it later on. Possible countries would be Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, Canada or even other places with have a beautiful setting to offer.
I am looking for a minimum size of 30 beds and 15+ rooms. There should be a place to put a kitchen for guests as well. I am not looking for a party hostel in party locations.

We might have something for you. We just finished remodelling our house in the old centre of Bogota, La Candelaria area, and transformed it into a 21 rooms hostel. Every room has own bathroom, there are large living rooms and at the entrance a small coffee place that can be transformed into a small restaurant. We do not have experience in the business and we are looking to rent it to someone for 6 to 8 years and maybe sell it in the meantime.
