Looking for a Serious Partner to invest in Mexico Beach Destination

I have an option for a hostel in a major SAFE tourist destination in Mexico and I am looking for a partner. It has superb location, facilities and infrastructure. The hostel is running perfectly and just needs some minor changes, some furniture, enthusiasm, good marketing and management. Preferably I am looking for someone that has previously worked in a hostel and loves hostelling. I would expect you to have a good backpacking experience and wanting to live in an amazing beach destination. You would need to be business savvy and able to fix problems on the go. It is necesary that you enjoy life, fun and travelling folk. Tolerance and firmness a good combination.

The reason for needing a partner is that I want to open my third location in a Surfing destination and need to liquify my assets. I can also discuss partnership for the New Hostel which would start from scratch.

I am interested in business stake holders to take care of our business, not just a manager. I already own two hostels and want to continue growing with partners that think alike. I would continue to work off-site in marketing, sales, customer service, contracts and accounts. All processes are in place and there is trademark back up. You would be coming into the dream of every backpacker and hostel owner, a small manageable hostel, already running and profiting.

The already available hostel is:

Small and cozy with a sea view and capacity for 30 people. It has a kitchen and two terraces, as well as a nice lobby. I have management and hostelling experience of 8 years, plus all my years of travelling. I also bring in an extensive facebook network as well as business management experience. All legal aspects of the business are taken care off. We would only need to draft a parnership and get you a residence Visa (easy).

I am asking for a 45,000 USD investment for 40% of the business.

The NEW hostel is:

A lovely quaint surf town with lots of dynamism and traffic. It already has an extensive base of tourism and it is growing fast. I would start everything anew.. Lease, remodelling, purchasing, contracts, licences.. etc. I can do all of the setup but need someone to manage it with me and invest. This is something that will happen, I just need to know with whom. THIS HOSTEL WILL OPEN IN: November 2012, ready for the high season to start right!

I am asking for a 35,000 USD investment for 50% of the business assets, I would keep complete ownership of image, franchise and brand.

VERY IMPORTANT I am not in this to become rich, or the money, it is a lifestyle which is great and gives me great living. I do not operate like a technical enterprise/business. I have been doing this for over 8 years, I am 31 years old and will continue doing it, I love hostelling.
