we are a professional couple in the hospitality/gastronomic and tourism industry, currently working in a little hotel in Chili, and now looking for an opportunity to run/manage or buy a hostel in Southamerica (preferably in Chili) or on the island La Réunion. Sure its a 43 bed capacity plus an owners room. Below are the links for Facebook and Hostelworld. We just had an amazing crowd here for Carnaval. Its an art deco Spanish mansion with a large roof top and a ground level garden with 2 private rooms.
We have a monopoly in this town and have our flyers distributed across all the nearby cities. During Carnaval and Santa Semana coming up we manage to accommodate 65 people. Water is fixed at $560USD a year so that's one of the biggest expenses taken care of.
