Marketing brand new hostel

Hey there,

Similar to many of you out there, I am starting a brand-spankin' new hostel and just had a couple of quick marketing questions...

1.Besides a hostel website and all the online portals like hostleworld.com and hostels.com, can anyone recomment any other sources to attract clients.

2. Also, for anyone that started a hostel, how long did it take to start receiving business from the web hostel world and other online portals?

Have a read through this thread Bertism.

If you don't get any ideas related to your hostel, at least next time you're in Berlin you'll know where to get a good kebap!
