Hi there,
My hostel is currently the top rated in Veracruz, Mexico with 50 beds and 3 hammocks in a beautiful Art Deco Spanish mansion.
My asking price is 150k (including 19k in water, fees and rent prepaid) so if you are interested in Mexico, I'm sure we could work something out.
