It is a huge property 1 block from the beach. Walking distance both downtown (15 mins) and the bar / nightlife area (15 mins) with 14 rooms and 53 beds + 4 hammocks plus the manager's living quarters, huge outside patio with fully furnished social area.
The building is on a 10 year lease. Monthly rent is $1,985 USD. Water is a fixed price, which is a huge benefit.
