Welcome to the site :)
Edit: I just saw you have a blog on your website so I added it to the @hostelblogs feed on Twitter...
Let me introduce my spot - Day'n'Night Hostel in the Moscow, Russia. We try to make quiet place which remember travelers more home than hostel. We are small - just 12 beds (4-bed room, 6-bed room and twin). I opened hostel half year ago. I'm glad to say - our guests enjoy us. But some of them give us a low rate for fun att the Hostelworld. But I think it's not problem, quietness - this is more our competitive advantage than lack.

in the guest room you can watch television, movies or chat to your loved ones on-line.
That's why the fun index is low. If everyone in the room is doing these things and I walk in, I either sit and watch the movie, or log on to Facebook, or walk out. Result: no interaction.
