My wife and I are looking to purchase, lease or lease with option to purchase in the very near future

My name is Steven. My wife and I are looking to lease, purchase or enter a lease/option purchase for a hostel. We have looked at a couple of hostels so far in the northeast part of United States; in particular, New Hampshire in the White Mountains as well as one in Burlington, Vermont next to the Green Mountains. We are also considering one in Puerto Escondido Mexico. Ideally, we would like to take over a hostel in an area where there are activities for the nature purists.
