need advise on selling/renting a Hostel

hello, i am josefina and i own a 3 story building in Lagos portugal, 2 years ago i started a hostel with 1 private apartment, 1 dorm of 3, one twin room, one double, one double with private balcony and a triple room, with this come a shared equiped kitchen and a 25sqm terrace with tables and bbq.

the experience have been fantastic and the guests love the family atmosphere in the house.

i have 2 small kids and i want to move to the country side now and start a new live with more time for them, for that , i would like to have a good advise on or renting the business or selling it with the property included.

if someone can give me a good tip on that would be great.

the location is 4 minute walk from city center of lagos and 15 to the nearest beach.

Hi Josephina,

If you are interested in selling the business, I would definitely recommend listing your hostel in this site’s OurHostels Database. (https://hostelmanagement.com/add-hostel) That should give you good exposure to qualified hostel buyers/investors, and it lets you clearly show any potential buyers just how great your hostel is. Make sure to include all the relevant information, including the number of beds, unique selling points, and the sale price. When you have it just the way you like, click the box marked “For Sale.” Then link your hostel to your own profile so anyone interested will know who to contact. Easy and effective!
