Hello Everyone,
I'm a backpacker and I love starting my own hostel, but I found out that hostel specifications vary from one country to another and as I want to invest in Algeria (one of the best destinations 2011) I'll be so grateful if somebody would show me the Algerian (or French cause I think it's the same) Hostel specifications so I can open a new one there.

Hi Nino,
I don’t know about Algeria’s laws, but France has rather particular requirements for hostels.
DontWorryMum and Fontaineblhostel are both in the process of opening a hostel in France. Maybe one of them could point you in the right direction for the current French requirements.
If you already have a city in mind in Algeria, you could contact the local Chamber of Commerce and ask if they can help you find that information too.

Yes I have an idea and I'm thinking of either Chrea (near a ski resort) and Kostantine which still like a vergin mountain area and old styled people.
Anyways, when I open my Hostel you'll be invited ;)
