Why not take set up an unconference potential location poll, maybe this would get some of the thousands of lurkers to sign up and start contributing.

Hey, 'nother idea, maybe you could give us an IP map of just how wide an audience of lurkers this website draws from? You could filter it by the number of visits etc.

Patrick - at first glance that seems like a good idea but . . . the majority of the attendees at the two 'unconferences' that I have been to are regular contributors to this forum. You lurkers - come out from behind your bushes to have some fun!

Hey, 'nother idea, maybe you could give us an IP map of just how wide an audience of lurkers this website draws from? You could filter it by the number of visits etc.

To give a general idea of the number of lurkers, there are thousand visitors on the website per week.

There will be quite a few Hostel Management Unconferences on several continents in 2011. I recommend traveling to all of them! :D

There should be more than 30 hostel people at this event from four continents. There is a great list of discussion topics, which will be sent out to attendees this week.

There is still room for last-minute registrations. Accommodation is free!

The Unconference starts tomorrow night. About 10 people have arrived already, and there should be 20+ more arriving for the welcome drinks tomorrow. There is still time to register. The main part of the Unconference starts on Monday morning.
