Hi Fred,
I appreciate the offer, but we are all staffed up at this time. Also, we pretty much can only hire locals to work here. Belize is very protective of their workforce.

I didn't think there were any hostels in San Pedro. How long have you been open? Are you the only hostel on the Island?

We did just open in December. Another one opened in December as well. There was already one here before so now we have three. "Rising tide raises all boats" kind of thing.
We are the only one located right on the beach though...
