New hostel in Seville, Spain

Hello all,

After 3 years of hard work and fight with the bureaucracy of the city, last September we managed to open our hostel.

I would like to thank the most active members of this forum, because the information I have read here during this time has been very helpful. I hope I can be of help to others from now on.

Seville is becoming in recent years a very tourist city, and has been recently named by Lonely Planet as the best city to visit in 2018. Since we opened we have had a good occupancy rate, and we are optimistic for spring, once the low season finishes. The reviews of customers in booking, HW,... are also very positive so far.

We have 42 beds in shared rooms. We intend to be a social hostel, so we have preferred not to have private rooms. Our strong point is a large garden with pool, bar, climatised area, hammocks, ... As the weather is usually nice the whole year, we want to enhance the garden as a meeting point between guests, so we serve breakfast and common dinners in it.
