New Hostel in Sicily, some advice needed!

I'm working to open a new hostel in sicily. 40 beds (2x8 dorms 2x6 dorms 2x4 and 2 double rooms)

I'm working on the financial part of my business plan and I'm not sure about few costs and possible gains.

GAINS:(considering 22 persons in the hostel average in the first year)
How much euros average per person daily should I count from the Bar considering free breakfast included?

How much euros daily average from 2 vending machines?

How much from laundry and selling towels at 2 euro each?

COSTS:
How many full time and part time workers would I need if I want 24hr reception and how many for 18hr reception?

how much would cost me the insurance? average

how can i count energy costs and water and all this expenses?

how much cost an average marketing program?
