New London hostel

Sadly no, it isn't mine. But I did just find out a 60,000 sq ft property has been acquired by a group that normally builds student housing for the purpose of turning it into a backpackers - no mention of who'll be operating it though.

I'm kinda making it my business to know everything that's happening in the UK market at the moment so I was wondering if anyone's heard anything?

On a related note: I see St Christophers has opened their 2nd Paris property and has just put one of their UK sites on the market.
