Hello, I have 5 different apartments in New York City.
Wall Street, Financial District, Times Square, Midtown East, and Upper East Side
All of the apartments are safe, affordable, and have well screened tenants.
I require at LEAST a 7 day minimum stay, but most of my guests are around for a few months.
I have students, travelers, and lots of traveling doctors/nurses.
