We are looking for a tenant of a hostel in Liepaja, Latvia. It's a very big space and has two floors - 365m2. The property is located on the main disctrict of the city where all the shops, restaurants and tourists are. Due to opening of the new sport stadum, airport and development of the port the city if growing. Most of the tourisits come from Lithuania, nevertheless there are many other people travelling from Europe who take part in sport comepetitions, festivals and other big events that are happening in the city. We are offering very flexible terms regarding rent options and are open to discussions.
