Opening a hostel in Berlin

Hello to everyone. ( I am a bit new in this forum , its so nice what you do here...People helping people ..)
So, I live in Berlin the last 2 years , and I realize that this city has allmost 365 days per year tourists .I personally like to be with people , have fun and take care of them.So i was thinking to open a small hostel ( 40-60 beds). Does anybody here know about ,

1)Legal issues in berlin
2)Taxes issues
