Opportunity to start a hostel at the coast of Uruguay

Currently we own two houses in the scenic coastal village Barra de Valizas (7 km of Cabo Polonio). We had the intention to start a hostel but in the end we didn't felt like the hassle and we rented our houses out as well. Valizas is growing, especially because Cabo Polonio and Punta del Diablo are attracting more travellers and backpackers every year. There is already one hostel in Valizas, but it lacks the international atmosphere and doesn't attract the international backpacking scene (english is hardly spoken)

So here is the opportunity:
Two houses on terrains of 800m2 each (so 1600m2 together)
Each house has 5 beds- 1 bunk, 1 double, 1 sleeping sofa)
Each house has showers, hot water, toilet and a kitchen with a fridge.
All fully equiped.

You can easily start a business over here, the government is promoting tourism business, the demand for beds during high season (december till april) is high. Without the houses being a hostel the investment is good, think of it as a hostel, with a little construction easily to be transformed in a hostel and the investment will be excellent!
