Partners needed for a new Youth Hotel in Zante

We are currently seeking partners who will contribute with capital (Min. Investment EUR 100.000) for purchasing a hotel property that will undergo an extensive redesign to launch a new Youth Hotel brand focusing on upscale experience serving youth 18-30 in popular "party destinations" in Europe. 

The hotel in Zante (Zakynthos island) will be the first "demo project". At the same time, the company will aim to expand both via its own investments and via franchising in other popular destinations. 

Holidays to Laganas are best known for their Ibiza-style nightlife. However, the nightlife in Laganas is in the same league as Ibiza. There’s a mile-long, neon-lit avenue with more than 50 different venues, from karaoke bars to happening music venues. Most venues fly international DJs throughout the summer.

About the beach

Laganas Beach is one of Zante’s loveliest stretches of sand. 

Close to Zante Town

just a 15-minute bus ride away is Zante Town. 

Why Laganas: 

1. One of the most vibrant summer destinations featuring extended high season - given the fact that it is serving a youth audience. 
2. Currently, numerous properties are available for purchasing, constituting ideal for expanding further.
3. Really competitive prices for real estate
4. There is intense competition regarding the addressed audience. Still, our product/ value proposition is well-differentiated to serve a specific audience that doesn't aim for really cheap and most likely poor quality accommodation. 
5. Business Plan to extend seasonality and extend the operational period from March to Late October. 

We have currently identified 3 properties that we are evaluating. Depending on the interest from potential partners & the total available budget, we aim to proceed with an investment by December 2021, intending to operate as a pilot season during Summer 2022. 

While partners don't need to work in the venture, priority will be given to those who will spend the summer on the island and are actively involved in the on-spot management of the business.
