Hi All!

Our beautiful Drop Bear Hostel in Santa Marta, Colombia is up for sale. We've been operating now for 4 years and have become one of the most popular hostels in Colombia.

We've taken the hostel from an abandoned mansion to a lively well-run and very succesful business. We're putting the finishing touches on some improvements to our kitchen and restaurant space which will see a new expansion to the business as a restaurant servicing non hostel customers as well.

We currently have 5 dorms (46 beds) and 2 singles and 4 private rooms, 25+ hammocks (approx 80 people at full capacity, though we tend to maintain it lower at 60 for convenience sake)  There is also space for a further 4-6 beds in privates and 6 more in dorms. A fully functioning bar and restaurant as well as Santa Marta's nicest pool. The hostel also includes a self-contained private apartment for the owner.

I am selling as I am relocating to another city for my family and cannot run the business remotely.

Selling price of USD $200k negociable, includes business name, registrered trademark name and logo, all furniture and equipment, websites etc.

The business is debt free and makes a healthy profit with minimal daily management.
