Well... Ive been in exactly the same situation two weeks ago.Just give it some time.We got the confirmation in 10 days or so and I guess it can take even longer.

Hello everybody!
I have recently opened a hostel and I'm having trouble on the affiliation to hostelworld.com. I have filled their signup form several times and have received no answer for more than two weeks.
I'm really concerned since other hostel owners have told me it's the main booking engine.
I would really appreciate any help!!!

Oh, yes!
When I sent a fax to the main office, I received a mail from Alejandro Barcia in the UK stating that "there are too many hostels in Buenos Aires". So this one would not be included...
I tried to talk to someone else and I got the same answer...

Sorry i took so long to answer. We are now listed on Hostelworld. A couple of days after I posted, Alejandro Barcia wrote us and in the same day a person from Hostelworld visited us without notice to make an inspection!
