Rentalcars.com a rogue British company?

After a good choice using Osaka Guesthouse Hive hostel.........Yes you guessed it, the good luck didn't last long! We fell into the 'Big Company' trap, the fine print allowed Rentalcars.com to keep all our money, every penny despite not even seeing a car! Name and Shame I thinks! An affiliate of Booking.com we didn't know we were booking through a separate agent until tradgedy struck! Booking.com said they used Rentalcars.com so passed the buck! So imagine if it was a family or student that saved up all year and lost USD$500 to some car rental online site, for us we are a company so it didn't hurt but it's the principle!!! Right? What gives them the right to keep $500 when they didn't earn it? Yes so annoyed!

Calling all ..... Please name and shame this rogue British company Rentalcars.com!!!!!!! It's time the little person took on Goliath!
